Team
Thierry Ascarez is a senior business development executive, strategic advisor and tech entrepreneur who has been helping innovative companies grow since 2010. He started his career at EMI music where he has lead marketing operations for international artists.
Thierry created a Belgian tech subsidiary in San Francisco in 2012 and lead US operations and Business Development for Shoutcast and Targetspot, two companies leader in digital audio software. He served as the CEO of Musimap (acquired by Utopia Music), a company using artificial intelligence and music databases to create personalized recommendation and user profiling.
Thierry is also involved on improving the efficiency and the accessibility to adult education through the edtech platform EDACY, Inc.
Most recently, Thierry and Orbitmedia have been consulting for the legendary player Winamp, orchestrating the sale of the streaming platform Calm Radio to Stingray Group, advising the independent classical music label Little Tribeca and the drumming technology startup Redison.
